15 Steps - Luton Maternity Hubs (Chaul End, Farley Hill and Marsh Farm)
We need maternity service users to help with a forthcoming 15 Steps observation.
The exercise would be around 2 hours, babies in slings/ pushchairs welcome.
We need enough people to create small groups to visit each part of the maternity unit, and community hubs, to get a ‘feel’ for the space, using all your senses to reflect on your first impressions and consider the impact of the experience

This will be an informal social with babies and young children all welcome.
We will bring some toys to keep them occupied so you can (hopefully!) enjoy a hot cuppa and have a chance to chat with other parents.
